HABITAT

Penguins are generally found in the southern hemisphere.
Most of the Penguins are found in polar or sub-Antarctic regions

The Antarctic is the home to the Emperor Penguin
 which spend virtually all its time on the continental shelf.

 The Adelie Penguin is another penguin
which is found on the ice pack and adjacent sub-antarctic islands.
 Explorers and scientific expeditions to the Antarctic
 have always found these two penguin species.
