The above description appears in the information card included with the FDC.  The description of the bird is obviously wrong, and the description of its habitat could never be in Antarctica (at least not at present).  The illustration is that of an Emperor Penguin, which is a bird of the Antarctic, and has been correctly illustrated by the artist.
