| The size of the smaller albatrosses (85 cm to 100 cm) found in the southern oceans. It breeds on many islands including Prince Edward and Marion Islands. A non breeding visitor to SA waters, it lives off carrion and seabird chicks during the summer and fish otherwise. Not much attracted to trawlers. | |
