A smallish bird (about 28cm) which is a rare localized resident mainly found in Zimbabwe. Its habitat is cliffs and gorges while breeding and otherwise nearby woodlands. It is usually found singly or in pairs, hunting by swooping from the crags. The main diet is small birds
