LARGE-BILLED LARK

Also known as Long-billed Lark (c) or Thick-billed Lark (6) (H)

(Galerida magnirostris or Calendula magnirotris (H))

A large lark (18 cm), found in the interior or South Africa and Lesotho. It is a common endemic usually found in pairs. It inhabits high montane grassland, and eats insects, seeds and bulbs
