| A small bird (13 to 14,5 cm) distributed from the Northern Cape through to Angola and Zaire. It is a local uncommon resident of the Northern Cape, Botswana and Namibia. It inhabits scrub in semi-arid zones, mainly on Kalahari sand and is usually solitary. It lives off small insects. | |
