| A small to medium bird (12 to 15 cm), found from South Africa through to Angola and Kenya. It is a locally common resident of vleis and marshes from the south western cape through to the highveld of northern Transvaal, and also Zimbabwe. It is usually found in pairs, and lives off small insects. | |
