| A medium sunbird (14 to 15 cm), distributed from South Africa to Kenya. In southern Africa it is a common resident absent from most of the Cape, highveld and drier west. It is usually solitary or in pairs and inhabits forest edges, woodlands and gardens. It lives off nectar, insects and spiders. | |
