| A medium bird (17-18 cm), breeding in Europe and Asia, and migrating to Africa. It is an uncommon migrant found throughout southern Africa except for Lesotho and the southern parts. It inhabits savanna, is usually solitary and eats insects, small reptiles and chicks. | |
