| A very small bird (10 cm), distributed from northern Botswana and Namibia to Zaire and Tanzania. It is a locally uncommon resident. It inhabits riverine forest and adjacent thickets and is found is pairs. It eats seeds and is possibly the host to the Violet Widowfinch. | |
