| A very small bird (10 cm), found in Africa south of the Sahara. It is a common and widespread resident of southern Africa, absent from the drier west, and the highlands of Zimbabwe. It inhabits short open grass and is normally found in pairs. It eats seeds, spiders and insects. | |
